The adult class, for members aged 14 and up, runs Thursday evenings from 7:30-9:00 pm and Saturdays from 11:00 am-12:30 pm. Cost is $75.00 per month or $800.00 annually, plus a yearly registration fee of $70.00, which covers membership in Karate Ontario and your training uniform.
- Class Experience
The adult class is about developing fitness on every level through exercise, companionship, fighting preparedness, and stress release. Classical forms and postures are combined with real-world self-defence to simultaneously strengthen both the inner and outer self.
- how to enroll
Contact the school to reserve a spot for the next Beginner's Course (details above) held every two months. Once your space is reserved, simply come to the first class with comfortable work-out clothing. Your uniform will be sized and ordered for the next class.
